***ADOPT ON LINE IF YOU ARE COMMITTED TO RICO!*** VERY SWEET BOY DUMPED! Rico seems to be the perfect boy. He is 3 years old, not too old and not too young - the perfect age. He loves people and was super friendly, wagging his tail the whole time during the intake process. He allowed all handling and seemed to enjoy human companionship. Why then is he in the shelter? Because his owner moved, dunped him in the shelter and walked away without a care. Poor Rico must be wondering what he could possibly have done to deserve this. the answere is nothing....he does NOT deserve this. He has been a pet all his life. He had a home and devoted himself to the person he loved. this perfect boy is now fighting for his very life because you see, in the shelter it does not matter how wonderful he is. Once the decision is made, there is no going back and the decision has been made. Rico will die tomorrow at noon. There are only a few hours left to save his life. Please advocate for him or, if you can, offer him a home. Rico will be forever grateful. You must act fast. Rico is depending on you tonight.
