Team Leader for NAS PSC Annual Enrollment - Contingent Workforce - Graduate of business administration/management, accounting or other related disciplines. (Highly Preferred) - 3+ years customer service, benefits administration, payroll, HR or related experience. (Required / Highly Preferred) - 2+ years SME, mentor or supervisory experience (Required) - Proven proficiency in prioritizing critical client issues and managing workflow. (Required) - Proficiency in the use of PC applications. (Required) - Working knowledge of payroll and benefit administration is helpful. (Highly Preferred) - Effective oral and written communication skills required. - Strong interpersonal, conflict management and mentoring skills. - Effective time management skills, organization, and planning required Senior Analyst for NAS NSC - Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Education and Experience - 2+ years of customer service, payroll or accounting experience preferred. - FPC / CPP certification preferred - HR, Benefits and Payroll experience a plus. - Proficient in Microsoft Windows - Strong verbal/written communication and telephone etiquette skills are required. Senior Analyst for AVS AdvancedMD Sales Lead Generation - Associate degree required or equivalent, Bachelors degree preferred - 2+ years experience in a business to business client service environment or equivalent education and experience (examples: high volume, problem resolution, etc.) - Hands on experience working with a CRM system is highly preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly phone and email correspondence - Must be proficient using PCs with resultant working knowledge of various operating systems required; competent in Microsoft Office Applications - Healthcare/medical practice related product knowledge either in the software and applications arena is a plus Senior Analyst for SBS NSF - HS Diploma or equivalent. - 1-2 years client service or collection experience. - Basic accounting or payroll knowledge preferred. - Effective oral and written communication skills required. Analyst for SBS Teledata - Graduate of business discipline preferred or equivalent in work experience - 1-3 years of general office, customer service and/or data entry experience. - 1-3 years of client service BPO/Call Center experience is beneficial. - Proven experience using the telephone in a high volume environment. - Basic knowledge of math, ability to work with numbers. - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
