ADVANTAGE LISTENER Good listeners alway gain respect over a period of time. They are perceived as focused people who can come with sane advice. It is because if you have patience to listen others, you develop the capacity to see the world through the eyes of others. This would enhance empathy and understanding within you. You would start seeing things with the perspective of others. The bias and prejudice start disappearing from your mind and your observations would be reasonable and acceptable. The first thing to do to be a good listener is - dropping the ego !
