ADVICE NEEDED for Special Mom post #V0015 Comment: I was reading the book From Emotions to Advocacy by Pete Wright and on Chapter 7 he talks about Get a comprehensive evaluation of your child from an independent expert in the private sector. Because if you expect the school to pay for one then you should expect the evaluation to support the schools position. He also suggest on getting a Educational Consultant in the book. Question: What is the difference between a Independent evaluation and a Educational Consultant?
