ADVICE TO ALL KENYANS MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT 2013. The present Kenyan Government is in the new Constitution with big changes which were seen in March 4,2013 election from the old Constitution. Now all members of Parliament regardless of their parties should know that the laws which are in position now are the new laws which made the new Constitution which was drafted by Experts of Laws and Commissioners of Laws with Degrees in Laws to bring Kenya out of the old Corrupt and impunity leadership of the old Constitution. In the March 4,2013 election was very different from the old Constitution election which had only Central Government and MPs and Concillors in the picture. But the new Constitution changed those positions and gave all powers in the Counties to have an elected Governors and Senators to Govern the 47 Counties which were formed to be in the Regions of Kenya.Therefore President and his deputy were elected by all regions by votes to lead Central Government, that is point number 1. Point No.2 the Regional Governors were elected by Votes of the people of the regions to lead the regional Counties. Point No.3 Senators were elected by votes from the regions Counties in the Name of Upper House represenatives. Lastly the point No.4, is that the Parliamentarians (MPs) were elected by voters from their Counties where their Bosses now are Governors and Senators who have been given powers to develop the Counties in the Regions by people of the Counties. MPs should know that they are like Salesmen to sell products for their Counties of which they should respect their Bosses Governors who are closer to the voters in the grassroots because Central Government has no power to Control Counties but to give Revenue it gets from taxations to Counties.But Government now is in the Counties or you can call it Majimbo if you like or not or any name.Any MP who is still making noises in Parliament supporting wrong things of majorities ignorance is killing him/her self because his/her votes are in the County but not in the Central Government.But they should respect President and his deputy knowing that powers are now in the Counties.Those 4 elected groups have their own roles to perform and there should be no trespasses in to other elected groups but respect to each group in its role.President has no powers as it used to be in the old Constitution. MPs must know that and that is what the new Constitution is all about.No impunity games to be mixed up in the new Constitution.The Provincial Adminstration in the name of County Commissioners must leave Counties immediately they have no any role there.That is the impunity propaganda which is known by everybody.The World is watching to see your cleverness or your foolishness.Otherwise the Kenyan Government is in Devolution in Counties under Governors and Senators watch.(SSR).
