AFRICAN BROTHERHOOD - TURNING MUTUAL ASSISTANCE INTO POWER We must collectively act to bring our desire to raise the living standards and ensure the freedom and independence of African people worldwide. Unity of purpose is a necessary component of any lasting organization, however for us to successfully improve the condition for all African peoples does not require the active participation of every African. We however must create the institutional and governing framework in which the collective participation of all Africans worldwide can benefit and flourish in a Pan African mutual assistance organization. African BrotherHood membership requires the minimum participation of one percent of the population of each of the 700+ African tribes. The African BrotherHood is a a fraternity of tribes organized to encourage cooperation and assistance and mutual security for member and non-memeber African tribes. Cooperation and assistance include but are not limited to economic development and currency integration, market and resource development, intellectual property sharing, science and technology sharing, distribution of educational resources and information, joint military operations, and development of a Pan African governing body composed of member tribes. The African BrotherHood recognizes each African tribe as a independent Sovereign Territorial State. The institutional framework and organizational structure of the African BrotherHood groups each collective body of Africans in the Americas into sovereign territorial tribal states. The African BrotherHood recognizes each collective body of Africans in the Americas as Maafa Survivors and as such each is entitled to observer status within all African BrotherHood governing body, trust, foundations, mutural assistance organizations, and corporate entities. The Sovereign Territorial Tribal States of the Africans in the Americas include Lucayan Archipelago (comprising the Bahamas and Turks and Caicos Islands) north of the Greater Antilles and Caribbean Sea. Belize, Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Aruba, Saint Maarten, Turks and Caicos Islands, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, Venezuela, and French Guiana. Africans in the Americas including North America are each organized into independent tribal states. Africans from the three North American nations of Mexico, Canada and the United States of America are organized into one Sovereign Territorial Tribal State call OMOWALE. Individuals of each Tribal State in the Americas will be nationalized citizens of a future territorial state (City State) which will built in the equatorial region of the African continent. This future City State will form the nucleus for cooperation and mutual assistance for Africans in the Americas, keep records of birth and death, serve as a banking center, set standards for education, health, food production, measurement, weights, and provide unified construction codes.
