AGLOW CHRISTMAS BRUNCH Saturday, December 20, 2014 10 a.m. Genendal’s Home, 31 Woodlawn Dr, Chattanooga 37411 Our guest speaker, Bobbie Jean Lamar, is a passionate follower and witness of Jesus Christ. She is a former Aglow leader from MS, serving as prayer coordinator and president. During the years of ministry on the Gulf Coast, Bobbie jean struggled with long term marriage difficulties that she quietly bore. Her marriage had been a source of hostility and grief from the onset, but she determined that, with the Lord’s help, her marriage would not be be another divorce statistic. Her journey is one of deep intimacy with the Lord as she cried out to Him. In the long years of her suffering and fire of affliction, she would say her story is really His story. Bobbie Jean did see the substance of her faith realized in 2010 in a most unexpected way. What a story! She is the mother of three grown children, resides in Nashville, and attends Grace Center Church in Franklin, TN. Brunch will be served. Bring a gift $5 or less in value to share.
