AGRICULTURE MINISTER ROLAND BHOLA ATTENDS WINERA MEETING IN ST. LUCIA ST. GEORGE’S, GRENADA, Wednesday, August 21, 2013 - GIS: Grenada’s Agriculture Minister Hon. Roland Bhola will be among Agriculture Ministers and Stakeholders from across the region, attending the Annual General Meeting of the Windward Islands Packaging Company Ltd (WINERA). Minister Bhola left Grenada on Wednesday morning for the one day meeting which will be held in St. Lucia on Thursday. During Thursday’s (AGM), board members and important stakeholders will be presented with the company’s financial statement, its strategic and implementation plan among other important documents. The Grenadian Agriculture Minister is expected to be accompanied by one official from his Ministry. The Windward Islands Packaging Co. Ltd. manufactures boxes for the Windward Island’s banana industry. The company was founded in 1971 and is based in Vieux Fort, Saint Lucia.
