Cutoff date for determining age limit is closing date of submission of applications. Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Medical Qualification & P.G qualification i.e., M.D in Hospital Administration for Department 10, Medical Qualification & M.Ch in Neurosurgery for Department 12, Medical Qualification & M.D in Pediatrics for Post 20. Application Fee: Candidates need to Pay Rs 500/- (Rs 100/- for SC/ ST candidates), paid through challan form (downloaded from the website) in any branch of State Bank of India or through Debit Card/ Credit Card.
