Ladies, many of you know that I am serious about health and wellness, wholeness and healing. My mother died at the age of 46 when her heart just stopped beating in her sleep, and I was diagnosed with Crohns disease at the age of 16. Ive heard many of my sisters complain or numerous ailments which could be classified as other Auto-Immune (AI) diseases or disorders. I am not medical doctor, but I know that through proper diet and some exercise we can control and even cure some of these ailments. I have not taken medicine for Crohns disease in well over 20 years. As I sit here and reflect on my love for myself and others, Ive decided to do research this week on foods and other items which can help us improve our quality of living so that we may be around her for many years to come.
