#AIRASIA #MANILA This is a long, excruciating story, please bear with me. Im in awe of this companys service. Ang galing e. Award-winning! Incident -- we arrived at the airport today at 4am, our flight was supposed to be 7:30am. We were waiting (standing) in the counter for 2hrs because their system was down... they literally wrote the details of each of the passenger by hand. Talino di ba? Walang backup plan, ni template sa Word at kahit man lang inkjet printer wala. They only had one piece of paper as reference -- no passenger names, just some numbers, im guessing its either the seat or booking numbers. After two hours, one staff asked all those with connecting flights to surrender their passports and documents for processing. After another hour, we got our handwritten boarding pass. I specifically asked them if the luggage will be forwarded directly to Penang, they said yes. While we were at the boarding area, half of the passengers were instructed get in the bus to be able to reach the plane. After 30 mins, those passengers were brought back to the boarding area for an unknown reason. Finally, at 10am, everything was resolved although plane seats were so unorganized, shuffled and, they did not even offer passengers breakfast. After the morning incident, finally, plane reached Kuala Lumpur at 2:05pm. Our connecting flight to Penang was 3:20pm. Fortunately, we were able to quickly run from one terminal to another. Finally, in Penang, after the stressful encounter with the most reliable aircraft in the history of mankind ... the very best part was, we were informed that our luggage are nowhere to be found. I have nothing to wear for this entire stay. PJs guitar effects are all in that luggage. To #Airasia, after your recent tragedy... REALLY??
