#AIRTEL-WARID MERGER Warid Telecom customers are decrying of poor service delivery related to call costs since the merger with Airtel as the management of the two entities rubbishes allegations that they bought Warid to kill a competitor. The complaints relate to a drop in incentives that Warid used to offer when still a single operator, with particular emphasis on dropped calls, unsolicited messages and the then unlimited 24 hour pakalast offer that has reduced to paka 20 minutes.
