The present and past student of Akoko Anglican Grammar School Arigidi Akoko, address themselves as the student of Akogram. Student days at Akogram are replete with fun, happiness and a sense of discipline. The school history can be viewed from different perspective, such as the epoch of certain principals and teachers like the era of; Olugboja from Erusu, Fasaye, Bada, M.B Babalola, Ojo Oke, Adekunle (alias Ese) an ex Akogram, Ogagara, Rabiu with special insight in Biology and Abejide, Fadimoye(Mr fad) the almighty Maths teacher that taught the almighty formula, Awe a true Shakespearean and Adetunji, to name a few. The Animal Science band consisting of Adedoyin Ajibade, Olokun, Gbenga Olowo Iye, and Ayo Olabomi, or the stubborn clique of Tunji Akeke, Taiwo Gbogi, Tubosun Abu and Cohort, the beautiful princesses like; Alaba Ariyo, Toyin Olupona, Folusho Olupona, and Taiwo Adeshina.
