I am Ali Pattayil, ( Ali Philip) Director of Al-Noor Ministry. I was born in Orthodox Sunni Muslim family in Kerala, India.In 1986 I became a Christian. Now I am doing God`s ministry among the Muslim community. A small booklet on human heart showed me who I am. Then on I started reading the New Testament. The verse “Come unto me and I will give you rest” opened my heart. While reading the scriptures I began to experience inner peace and happiness and some kind of cooling effect for the heart which I did not get through the Quran and its rituals and fastings and worships. Since the Bible was giving me answers for all my problems and questions, I started studying the scriptures more deeply and comparing it with the Quran. I felt astonished through this study because the God in the Bible was entirely different from the Allah of the Quran. I saw Jesus as Lord who is the Truth and the way and the life for me. He became my Redeemer who connected me with the heavenly Father. When I saw Jesus, I found my sins most clearly and began to repent of my sins. My sin bearer Jesus was very close to me and I saw my salvation in the cross of Jesus. I accepted Him as my personal Saviour. At this moment a great desire germinated in my heart that I must reveal this truth to my Muslim brothren. But that brought me to face serious trials from my family. I was severely beaten, hospitalized by my friends, even doctors left me telling that the chances for my survival were zero percent. But in the hospital bed in one night I saw the Lord Jesus face to face. He healed me completely on that same night. The next morning doctors could not believe what they saw. I left the hospital with perfect health. My Christian friends did not allow me to stay in my native place any more. I resigned my job and joined in a Bible Seminary. After the completion of the Seminary Course, I started the work among the Muslim community. Kerala is a small state in South India with a population of 3.8 crores living in its 14 districts. Most of them are Hindus, closely followed by a considerable population of Muslims and then Christians. Though The Gospel came to Kerala through St. Thomas, one of the disciples of Lord Jesus in AD 52, most of the people, especially Muslims, are still unreached by the Gospel message. It is in this background, we are planning to reach the most unreached section of people, by visiting 50,000 Muslim families next two years . We need Tracts, Booklets, Bible and other literatur in our local language The Al-Noor Ministries is organized in humble faith so that through which the sincere souls from the Muslim community also may come to the light of salvation that is freely offered in the Lord Jesus Christ The birth of Islam was in 6th century A D. before this development ,there were polytheists and idol- worshippers in the land of Arabia. Jareb belonged to the genealogy of Shem. The son of it that is this jerebia that later come to be known as Arabia. They believe that they are the true Arabia. In today’s world Arabs belong to the genealogy of the Shem, Easu and Ismael. The Arab were idol-worshippers in its fullest sense and do not believe in the law of Moses or the Old Testament. History says that Allah was just one of 360 gods that thy worshipped. Allah was the god of Mohammed’s tribe. He even had daughters too. Their names were Al-Latha, Al-Manatha, and Al-uzza. Mohammed are remarked that this trio’s mediation is acceptable but later rescinded it .(Sura 53:19-21) Therefore ,when they claim that Allah is one ,they actually that he is only one of 360 Arabian gods. Mohammed gave prominence to Allah and the Black stone (Kaaba) and relegated the other 358 gods to obscurity. This is the Allah of Islam. WHY SHOULD WE PREACH THE GOSPEL TO MUSLIMS We are duty bond to obey the great commission of our Lord to preach the gospel to all people and all the nations. Who are Muslims ? What are their beliefes ? May Christians , do not even remotely , know the answers to these questions .We should take these factors into account when preaching the gospel to them. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name Jesus under heaven given to men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).This plainly means that there is no salvation for mankind through Allah, Mohammed or Quran. The Holy spirit should open the heart s and minds of our muslim brethren to the truths of sin, righteousness and judgment in the same manner that Lydia’s heart was opened . God will make the impossible possible when we trust him completely without depending on our strengths and abilities. Satan is working in a mighty and cunning way to deceive the Muslims under the gjise of the teaching of monotheistic God. “The God of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ who is the image of God ( 2 corinthians 4:4)” “ I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may given you the spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may k now Him better. I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in or dear that you may know him better. I pray that you know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of this glorious, inheritance, in the saints, and his comparably great power for us who believe. That power if like the working of his mighty strength (Ephesians 1:7-19) “Brothers may heart desire and prayer for the ( Muslims ) is that they may be saved .For I can testify about them that they are zealous for God ,but their zeal is not based on knowledge “(Rom 10:1,2). Zeal or blind belief will not bring anyone closer to God .”If anyone competes as an athlete , he does not receive the victories crown unless he completes according to the rules (2Timothy 2:5)”If so you hold on to my teaching , you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth and the truth will set you free”[ John 8:31,32].It is word of God that brings the person to salvation . What is the word of God ? For the word of God is living and active and sharper that any double –edged sword ,it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit , joints and marrow; it judges thoughts and attitudes of the heart” [ Heb 4:12 ]. This living word should work in the hearts of the Muslims. Only then ,will they be saved. When the believers do the responsibilities they are entrusted with God rises to act. The children of God have to preach the Gospel to these Muslims and saved them from eternal destruction of their souls. Will you pray for this matter ? my dear brother and sister , do you have any burden for the souls that are perishing ? Think for a moment “How then can they call on the they have not believed in ? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard ? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them ? And how can they preach unless they are sent ? As it is written , “How beautiful are the feet of these who bring the good news ! “( Rom 10 :14,15) . “Open your eyes and look at the fields.
