ALASKA: The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) shared these striking aerial images today, showing an estimated 35,000 walrus in northwestern Alaska. The NOAA Fisheries Service said the walruses came ashore there due to climate change forcing a loss of sea ice and their regular habitats.
