Not sure if you remember our visit to Targoviste publis shelter and entering an agreement with Mayor Gabi Boriga who promised in front of TV PRO and other media there will be no more killings. Well the update is Mr Boriga has been charged with theft/fraud and new mayor is about to be named. The MANAGER of the public shelter murdered all dogs that were reserved for adoption JUST TO MAKE A POINT and show there is nobody to make her act otherwise.
