ALL COMMUNITY-BASED OUTPATIENT CLINICS ON TWO HOUR DELAY. Martinsburg VA Medical Center is still under Phase III of the Snow and Travel Interruption Plan. To ensure our patients and staff members are safe when traveling to our community-based outpatient clinics, we will be opening the clinics two hours later than their normal hours of operation TODAY, Jan. 22. We will assist in rescheduling your appointment at your earliest convenience. If you must travel please allow plenty of extra time. It is a good idea to have flashlights, warm weather gear and safety supplies in your vehicles when traveling during snowy and icy conditions.
