ALL MEMBERS PLEASE NOTE - BEIGHTON SOCIAL CLUB COMMITTEE ELECTIONS As you may be aware, nominations have taken place to decide the committee for 2014/15. On this instance, TWO people have applied for the position as PRESIDENT, and TWO people have applied for the position as TREASURER. Therefore, a ballot of the members must take place to decide who is elected for each position. The ballot will take place on FRIDAY 2nd and SATURDAY 3rd MAY 2014 between 20:00 - 22:00 on each day. The ballot options are as follows: PRESIDENT - DAVID HAGUE -ALBERT MARSON TREASURER - GERALDINE FROST - LEE RHODES Members are permitted to cast ONE VOTE for EACH position only. Voting will take place at the top of the club towards the bar, and will be overseen by two scrutineers. Any questions you may have about the vote should be asked before Friday. Please direct all questions either directly to the Secretary (Ray Collier), or by email to [email protected] Any proxy votes should be handed in to the club in a sealed envelope, BEFORE FRIDAY and must detail the name of the voting member and must be signed by that member detailing who they wish to vote for.
