AMAZING weekend family assistant/nanny NEEDED in Beverly Hills! Schedule is Fri-Mon (long days). Salary is 65K-80K/yr gross DOE + full benefits. You will be working with a very active and busy family with three teen children who are in need of super nanny! Job duties include coordinating with a large weekday staff, driving the children to and from school and activities, coordinating with the chef for meal prep, doing kitchen clean up after meals, general tidying/organizing of the home, turn-down/making beds, managing the children’s weekend activity schedule, coordinating household events, personal assistant support for mom and dad (booking appointments, making dinner reservations, etc.), running errands, grocery shopping, troubleshooting, coordinating with vendors, planning/coordinating travel, packing suitcases, traveling with the family, etc. – basically anything and everything involved with making the household run seamlessly Fri-Mon. Position starts ASAP. The most important quality the family is looking for is an EXCEPTIONAL ATTITUDE – you should be a complete team player – nothing is “beneath you” – you chip in with everything! You take initiative and are always looing for ways to be helpful – you are an enteral optimist, always have a smile on your face, and love working! This is a long-term weekend position – you need to understand that you won’t be able to go to weddings or other weekend events, if the holiday falls on a weekend you will be working – Fri-Mon you are working ALL THE TIME – if you’re not at the house you’re still glued to your phone – think about this commitment before you indicate interest – the excellent salary/benefits package compensates for this sacrifice.
