AMERICAS/GLOBE [9/11] -- Where were you FB Friends? I will never forget 9/11. As usual, I was working in telecommunications providing a living for my young family. Televised news was nearby. While discussing a business with a colleague, we both saw the first plane hit the first tower. We were awed. Not sure what to think after seeing the tape over and over and the tower on fire. Later, we saw the second impact. At that moment, I knew we were at war and that our world of freedom ended. The future and country that I could offer my children had changed horribly and irreversibly. Sad day will be remembered forever. Never forget!! TP
