AN APPEAL TO MY GOVERNOR MY GOVERNOR: RE 27 HOSPITALS Good Morning His Excellency Sir. Contrary to what some of your overzealous supporters would tell you, I am one man who loves you and wants you to succeed though for this your one term between 2011-2015. Remember I took it upon myself from inception to be pointing out to you areas of your weakness and where you needed improvement. I was pleased to hear your recent remarks that we your critics are more valuable to you than the rest of them who are bunch of praise-singers and sycophants, whose interest is to equate you with God which truthfully you are not. Your Excellency on that regards I wish to make this passionate plea. It is eight months to the end of this Rescue Mandate Imolites graciously gave you. Consequently, Imo people cannot wait any further to enjoy the benefit of your promised 27 Imo Specialist Hospitals. Your Excellency this number 27 is making it too controversial for our liking hence we are praying that you please concentrate on just 3. Complete it, finish it, equip it and staff it so that from the three we can have a clear view of how the rest 24 would be. We cant wait any further for the 27 because time is running out on your rescue mandate. Your Excellency I am moving this humble motion that 3 of the hospitals be made ready for use before the February elections to serve as a microcosm of the 24 to follow.....
