AN OPEN LETTER TO A FRIEND. My friend Emma, you know the first time i met Afande General Kayihura is when you brought him during our stand-off with Prof Lutaalo Bbosa at Kyambogo. We were really squeezing the old academician and Afande did a perfect job at massaging our youthful political egos! Like they say, the rest is history; our youthful political juices have dried up, my NRM card which Paul issued to me (after registering me from his room, you know the NRM register was in his suitcase) is also neatly kept at the bottom of my campus suitcase. (Dont ask me why i still have that card!). Prof. Lutaalo Bbosa is a now a retired academician, Paul has moved on to bigger things outside NRM, Afande Kayihura is now on the spot over some political recordings, you have moved on to far bigger things on State capitalism and Asian Tigers, and i am defacto Politcial Commissar of the Rwanyamahembe caucus! (Some say i now look like the late Jose Mobutu before he started eating chicken and sipping whisky) B-) How about you organize a re-union of all the folks in this script.
