On page 29 item (1) sir you promised to construct at least 10 rural roads in each L.G.A= [Oga we neva c our own] also on thesame page item (4&5) you promised to build and equip skills acquisition centres as well as model towns/villages in the 23 L.G.As of benue =[ kwande d stil wait oo] Sir on page 70 item (1) you promised to establish youth development centres in each L.G.A by 2011=[ we stil neva c dat 1] Similarly on page 61 item (5&6) you said that by june 2011 you will establish 23 museums and crafts village in every L.G.A=[Sir kwande has nt seen dat eida].QUESTION : Sir does it mean you hate us ? Or do you take us for fools ? Remember in your foreword you stated clearly in the fourth paragraph that we {citizens} should monitor,evaluate and assess you based on the programmes/projects you have highlighted in the benue blueprint our benue our future Thank you sir as we await your response. -Malu James- for KWANDE WATCH
