ANNOUNCEMENT!!! THE GOOD NEWS AND THE BAD NEWS!!! THE BAD news is that the IAC Competition series just got canceled due to them not being able to obtain City permits in time for the event. THE GOOD news is that we dont care because Build Up Crossfit is gonna hold a fun Build Up Competition in place the IAC on the 31st of January. Just think of this as a Saturday Partner WOD that will be three times as much fun. It doesnt matter if you think you are competition worthy or not. We want everyone that wants to participate to be able to participate. We will have both a scaled devision as well as an Rx devision. There will be fun prizes and we expect to be done by around 10:30 - 11am. Our East Location will be hosting the event and so it will be fun to compete with our Build Up family on the East side.
