ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND PERFORMANCE AWARD SCHEME PRIZEGIVING SUNDAY 17th NOVEMBER 2013 The 2013 AGM will be at 11.00am on Sunday 17th. After the AGM and Society General Meeting, we are delighted that Mr David Broome, International Show Jumper will give a talk at 12 noon on his reminiscences He has also kindly agreed to present the prizes at the P A S Prize-giving in the afternoon. This will be followed by a two course carvery lunch (£13.95 per person) at 1pm and The Performance Award Scheme Prizegiving will follow on at 2pm. The Society has reserved some rooms at the hotel for the night of Saturday 16th November. Please quote British Connemara Pony Society when booking, These rooms are at a special rate of £90 per room (double occupancy) or £80 per room (single occupancy) inclusive of a full English breakfast, use of Health Club and VAT. Dinner bed and breakfast is priced at £104.00 for single occupancy and £138.00 based on 2 sharing. We have also booked a “BCPS” table in the dining room for dinner at 7.30pm on Saturday 16th. November. Anyone staying at the hotel is welcome to join us. To make it easy, we think it would be best if everyone had the Table D’Hote dinner which is 3 courses at a cost of £25.50 per person. Everyone can make their own arrangements for drinks and we can all pay separately on the night.
