ANOTHER REASON WHY NUTLEY, NJ IS ONE OF AMERICAS GREATEST PLACES TO LIVE. It is my honor to introduce to you, Lieutenant Alice Lynch, United States Navy. Lt. Lynch served during WWII in the U.S. Navy Nurse Corps in Europe and here in the United States. For to long the contributions of women throughout American history have gone un-noticed. In Nutley, N.J. we will honor these women as we find them. If you have a relative or friend who served this nations war efforts (military and non-military) from WWII to the present day, please contact my office via email or telephone. This includes the millions of women who worked night and day on the assembly lines in the factories of this nation building jeeps, tanks, planes, and other equipment for the men who overseas. Lt. Alice Lynch, a great American Hero from Nutley NJ.( She is on the right in the B&W photo taken in 1942. The color photo was taken this week-2014).
