ANOTHER SWEET HOARDING DOG RECOVERY UPDATE!! THANK YOU TO TARA AND FAMILY!!! We have had the pleasure of fostering Manny (aka Manning) the past several weeks. He will go to get neutered on January 5th if they can do it. He was one of the dogs with the worst skin condition and we are still working on that. He hasn’t really bounced back like our other foster did (Darnatella). He tends to cough when he eats and is still having tummy trouble on and off even on a restricted diet. Hopefully all of that can be worked out next week. On a good note, Manning is a very friendly guy who loves to lounge around and take in whatever is going on in the house. He is friendly with children of all ages, cats, and dogs of all sizes. We are just starting to work on his manners because he felt so icky for so long. He does well on a leash, is crate trained and almost potty trained. He loves to snuggle with his people and knows just when it’s bedtime. He settles right in with us and our other dogs and is good all night. Manning loves toys and loves to play. We haven’t had any issues with him being destructive and we do give him free reign of the house. All in all, he is amazing considering where he came from. We are hoping to adopt him.
