ANTI-NATIONAL NEWS ANTI-NATIONALIST SAM LEADER STRONGLY URGES SB TO ARREST SARAWAK NATIONALISTS CAN THEY STOOP ANY LOWER THAN BEING SUPINE BEFORE MALAYA? In a recent comment posted on 12 Mar 2104, SAM FB, Mr. Vernon Aji Kedit openly urged the Special Branch to arrest Sarawak nationalists for treason. (This posting now appears to be have been deleted from SAM FB see photo). This came after another statement he made in which he said it was “sedition and treason” instead of defending our right to self-determination and for nationalists to call for an independence referendum. Baru Bian Sarawak PR leader had also made a similar statement in chorus with warnings by the government side. If it is seditious to assert Sarawaks right to self-determination according to the UN Decolonization Declaration, then should not the Sarawak government also be accused of “sedition and treason” for recognizing Sarawak independence? The SAM reaction is an acknowledgement of the effectiveness of independence movements referendum message by the SAM/PR leadership. WOULD UMNO PROMOTE AN ANTI-MALAYSIA INDEPENDENCE MOVEMENT? Kedit went on to contradict himself by saying that arrests would not happen as the nationalists Big Boss meaning Malaya would not let this happen. But why would UMNO want to undermine it colonial authority by supporting and encouraging an anti-Malaysia movement that advocates the ending of UMNO colonial rule over Sabah and Sarawak and breaking up of “Malaysia”? UMNO would only be setting up a “blow back” situation as happened in their support and financing of the southern Filipino insurgency when they got bitten by the Sulu invasion of Sabah last year. UMNOs Sarawak agents the YBs Wan Junadi and James Masing tried to dampen the flames by warning nationalists not to over step the line echoing the Malayan Home Minister has also made similar warnings. The SAM leaders have misread the political developments and confused the Sarawak nationalism with UMNO divide and rule strategy completely. The two are just not compatible. They themselves in fact have stated that their Malayan colonial masters in cahoots with the local regime will never let nationalists have a free rein as nationalists reject both Malayan and local quisling rule of Sarawak and want independence. AUTONOMY vs. REAL INDEPENDENCE The difference is that while Sarawak government like SAM and its foreign Malayan master, only asserts its illusory independence within Malaysia, nationalists reject Malaysia and demand full Sarawak national independence. SAM leaders have no faith in getting real independence and want no more than the fake “autonomy” (independence in Malaysia) which existed for 50 years on paper and which meaning has been totally abused by Malaya through “Malayanisation” in place of the agreed “Borneonization”. So SAM leaders are doing an even better job than the government in calling for the arrests of nationalists. They show us their true colours in so diligently defending Malayan domination. Here it should be clarified that when we talk about “Malayans” it means the UMNO BN regime as well as the Malayan opposition parties who all want to continue their colonial domination of Sarawak “within Malaysia”. It is not aimed at Malayans per se unless they also agree with the colonial domination. This is the true colours of SAM leaders who bow before Malaya even to the extent of rejecting real Sarawak independence for fear of rocking the boat. Their anti-nationalist remarks reflect the pressure on them to justify their very existence as a Sarawak party defending Sarawak interests. When your country is invaded do you fight your brothers and sisters and even call for their arrest instead of fighting the real enemy the Malayan invader- whether UMNO or Malayan Opposition? Readers and the people can judge for themselves on “who are the real Sarawakians” and “which side they are on”?
