Medical Behavior Evaluation GREEN Medical Summary Scanned negative Intact female, approx 1 yr old Dermatitis noted on ventral abdomen Mild tartar and gingivitis Applied activyl bar friendly and allowed handling Weight 22.2 SAFER: ***AVERAGE HOME*** Helper Dog: A1012530 Mary pulls on the leash and was sociable toward the handler during the assessment - soft body. She was a bit was excited during some of the handling items, but had soft body language. She engages in play, loose body, wags tail, mouth is open. She was a bit difficult to push out of the food bowl, body likely a bit stiff. Mary was easy to handle when chewing on toys and rawhides and rushed in during the dog-dog test, but showed no aggression. Look: 1. Dogs eyes are averted, with tail wagging and ears back. She allows head to be held loosely in Assessors cupped hands. Sensitivity: 1. Dog leans into the Assessor, eyes soft, soft body and mouth closed. Tag: 1. Dog assumes play position and joins the game. Squeeze 1 & 2: 1. Dog does not respond at all for three seconds. Food: 2. Dog follows the dish with her tail down, body likely a bit stiff. Dog lifts head after a bit of pressure from hand to cheek. Toy: 1. Dog takes toy away, keeps a firm grip and is loose and wiggly. She does not place her body between you and the toy. Rawhide: 1. Dog takes rawhide away, keeps a firm grip and is loose and wiggly. She does not place her body between you and the rawhide. Dog-dog: 2. Dog approaches helper dog with tail at spine level, body not stiff, ears relaxed MEDICAL: BAR. BCS 4/9. FRIENDLY. EATING WITH GOOD APPETITE. PE:EENT WNL, PLN WNL, ORAL EXAM WNL, THORACIC AUSC WNL, ABD PALP WNL, M/S WNL, SKIN/HAIR MILD PYODERMA ON VENTRAL ABDOMEN. NOSF TX; PROVIDED 1ML CONVENIA SQ PLAN; CONTINUED MONITORING.
