APC & PDP IN WAR OF WORDS OVER SUPER EAGLES LOSS. Lai - TopicsExpress

APC & PDP IN WAR OF WORDS OVER SUPER EAGLES LOSS. Lai Muhammed will say: the abysmal display of our once glorious super eagles is a clear manifestation of the incompetence of the PDP led Federal Government headed by President Good luck Jonathan. Once again, the clueless and corruption fested government has succeeded in squandering tax payers money who wallow in abject poverty thereby impoverishing the thousands of Nigerians who gathered and paid to watch the match. For long we as a party have called for an independent international inquiry into the inability of the eagles to qualify for the Nation’s Cup. Olisa Metuh will react thus: the attention of our great party the PDP has been drawn to a statement credited to the party that will never taste power in this country, the Asiwaju Private Company (APC). Ordinarily, we will not want to respond to such a baseless and unfounded allegation, but to put the record straight, We wish to categorically tell Nigerians that the APC is responsible for the failure of the eagles to win the match. It is a deliberate attempt by the party to discredit our great leader, President Good luck Jonathan and Governor Godswill Akpabio for the transformation they have brought to the sport sector. Whenever the APC have a function, the super eagles will win their match. But because the Federal Executive Council meeting was held today Wednesday, they have made attempt to ridicule this government. The APC has been uncharitable with the truth and sportsmanship. However, in an attempt to put the failed super eagles and their sponsors to shame, the President will still meet with world leaders tomorrow and chart a new course for a successful civilian transition in Burkina Faso as well as a successful hosting of the 2015 Africa Nation’s Cup. so as to show them that they cannot hold this government to ransom. Let me quickly say, that President Jonathan appreciate all Nigerians and the super eagles for their commitment to contribute to the transformation agenda.
