APPEAL FOR INFORMATION, Thursday, November 6, 2014 Police Scotland, Tayside Division are appealing for information after a 23-month old child was bitten by a black Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog in Kirriemuir. The incident happened at about 1pm yesterday (Wed 5 Nov) in Glamis Road. The boy was taken by ambulance to Ninewells Hospital to receive treatment for facial injuries. Officers are keen to trace a woman who is understood to be in her 20s with light brown/blonde hair wearing a red top Anyone with any information that may be useful should contact Police Scotland, Tayside Division on 101, or any police officer. Alternatively information can be passed anonymously via the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
