APPLICATIONS NOW BEING ACCEPTED for the Miss Sacramento & Miss San Joaquin County Global Nations Pageants. The Pageant will be held on August 10, 2013 and the winners will be heading to the State Pageant in October 2013 with a chance to move on to the National Pageant and a chance to win an Educational Scholarship. Applicants must be between the ages of 14 & 28. Do you enjoy modeling in front of an audience and learning modeling routines that enable you to accomplish your goals on stage. While competing you may also make many new friends that share the same interests as you do, gain self-confidence, and share in thousands of dollars in prizes which are awarded. No past experience is necessary and training will be provided to all participants through a training class and rehearsal that will be conducted. Judging is based on interview, evening gown, and a swimsuit competition. There is no talent competition involved. We would be happy to personally meet with you as we will be meeting with other young ladies on Saturday, July 15, 2013. The information on this session is as follows. Saturday, July 15– Galt, CA We will be conducting an information session that will take place at the National Pageant Office, 216 N. Lincoln Way, Suite 30, Galt, CA 95632, this session will begin promptly at 10am. There are a few items that we would like you to know prior to attending this session. 1) Arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the starting time listed above. 2) Bring a small photograph of yourself if you have one available. 3) Dress as if you were going to an interview. 4) Bring writing materials. 5) Invite your family to come along so that they can also participate in the session 6) When entering the hotel, ask front desk to direct you to the 4th floor conference room where the session will be taking place. You may also have another young lady attend the session with you such as a friend or relative who may also be interested in participating with you. Please note that any additional interested young ladies that may attend with you must meet eligibility requirements such as being ages 10-29 and will also need to complete an application during the session that they attend with you.
