Work Completed Date: December 16, 2014 Hire Again: Yes Approximate Cost: $15,260.00 Description Of Work: Replaced our roofing singles, rebuilt our 55 foot high Chimney, replace our gutters. Member Comments: A representative came to our home and asked to inspect our roof. We had had many like this in the past ask but this gentleman was extremely professional and well mannered. So we let him inspect and he returned with photos of damage. We contacted our insurance company together and he describe the issues. i spoke with them and we started a claim. One week later our adjusted met with ARAC and photos were taken again. One week later, the insurance company notified us they were replacing the roof completely. We asked for and received a bid from ARAC. We noted that their price was less than the insure had offered. We then did a supplement to add code compliance items to bring our new roof in line with new housing codes. The insurance and the ARAC worked out the details and the rest is history. We added our chimney and gutter work to the job while we were at it so the entire outside was finished. Now we are safe and warm and dry thanks to ARAC. All of their representatives from the inspections to the bid process to the installers were first rate. Their work ethic impressed me greatly. They prepared us with all the information regarding a roof replacement up front. We received samples, were given great information on warranties and manufacturers, and even given a chance to get HOA approvals prior to the replacement. I would strongly recommend ARAC for any work one might need on their home. My expectations have always been hard to meet with most contractors having been one myself in the past. No problems here.
