ARE YOU DELIBERATELY SINNING? Deliberate means purposeful, - TopicsExpress

ARE YOU DELIBERATELY SINNING? Deliberate means purposeful, conscious and international and planned. To sin deliberately is to consider and think about an evil deed, and carry it out purposefully. It is when a believer in Christ Jesus, carefully and methodically thinks out an evil deed, which is against the WORD of God, and executes the evil deed intentionally. REPENTANCE MEANS TURN-AWAY-FROM. Whenever we commit sin deliberately, we should immediately become remorseful and confess and turn away from that sin; never to go back - that is what repentance is about. If you sin deliberately; and you refuse to repent, you cannot receive forgiveness from the LORD. Without repentance there is no receiving of forgiveness. The Bible says: if my people, who are called by MY NAME, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn (repent) from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land (2 Chronicles 7:14). Again, the Bible says: if we confess our sins; HE is faithful and just to forgive us our sin and also to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). DO NOT BE DECEIVED! Do not let the so-called grace teachers deceive you - those who keep sinning deliberately will have no part in Gods kingdom - because they will have no remission of sin from the LAMBS BLOOD again. Do not let anyone deceive you with their views and what they think God should be doing. Remember, God is not a man that HE should lie (Numbers 23:20). HIS WORD is forever settled and established in heaven (Psalm 119:89), Amen and Amen. THIS IS THE WORD OF GOD: [26] If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left, [27] but only a fearful expectation of judgment and of raging fire that will consume the enemies of God (Hebrews 10:26-27). WHAT DOES IT IMPLY TO SIN DELIBERATELY? The Bible says that, those who sin deliberately commit the following offences: (i). They trample the Son of God underfoot - that is, they despise the LORD and treat HIM with contempt. (ii). They treat as unholy the BLOOD of the New Covenant. (iii). They insult and rebel against the Holy Spirit. The Bible says: if those who rejected the law of Moses died, how much more severely will a man be punished who despises the Son of God? [28] Anyone who rejected the law of Moses died without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. [29] How much more severely do you think someone deserves to be punished who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, who has treated as an unholy thing the blood of the covenant that sanctified them, and who has insulted the Spirit of grace (Hebrews 10:28-29)?
