ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A JOB IN HOUSTON?! Client in the Galleria paying $17-$20/hr This position plays a pivotal role in scheduling, communications and administration for the VP and requires a reliable individual who can work independently. Job Responsibilities: • Plans, organizes, coordinates meetings, travel arrangements and other administrative tasks • Conducts market research as requested • Prepares and reviews documents such as agendas, memoranda, spreadsheets, investment packages, Letters of Intent proposals and PowerPoint presentations. • Coordinates a wide variety of complex, sensitive and confidential data on land acquisition and development projects. • Communicate via phone and email regularly with executives, land owners and banks • Maintains adequate office supplies Requirements: • Minimum of five years experience in an administrative role. Associates or Bachelor’s degree is a plus; high school diploma required • Real estate development or homebuilding experience strongly preferred. • Extremely proficient in PowerPoint, Outlook Calendar, Word and Excel. • Familiarity with legal documents and some budgeting experience are a plus. • Must demonstrate the ability to be detailed oriented in all phases of the position, have strong organizational skills and strong listening skills • Ability to follow-up on a variety of tasks simultaneously and switch from task to task while maintaining focus and priority • Excellent oral and written communication and problem solving skills are a must. • Should possess a professional and polished demeanor with a positive attitude and a high level of integrity If interested contact khoffman@resourcestaffing
