ARISE AND TAKE DOMINION (2) SUNDAY JAN. 25 Exodus 14:15-16 And the LORD said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward: But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea. Instead of pondering on whether or not you will have dominion this year, start reflecting on the blessings that will result from your decision to stand up and take dominion in 2015. Instead of worrying about Goliaths size, David inquired about the prize to be given to the man who killed Goliath (1Sam.17:22- 26). He had a dominion mindset. If you will stand up and make that move, God will move mightily through you. Dominion is awaiting your steps of faith. Signs and wonders are guaranteed to follow you as you arise and move forward (Mark 16:17). If however, you do not move, the signs will not follow you. God has given you what it takes. Both your hands and your mouth are anointed. Gods power is within you. You also have great, untapped abilities and potentials in you. Lift them up. Lift up what God has given you. It may look and even feel ordinary, but as you lift them up you will see God doing miracles through them. Stop allowing what God has given you to remain dormant within you while things keep going wrong and the lives of many remain in danger. God has not given you a spirit of timidity but of power, love and a sound mind (2Timothy 1:7) Because of Davids courage in His God, the lives of Gods people were saved. When it was time for the parting of the Red Sea, God told Moses to arise and take dominion over the situation. God asked him to lift up his rod and stretch out his hand over the sea Exo.14:15-16. Bear in mind that, this was the same Moses that ran away from Egypt in fear. However, because he courageously obeyed, many lives were saved. I see many lives benefiting from your obedience, your fruitfulness and your dominion this year. PRAYER FOCUS: Ask God to flood your mind with thoughts of dominion.
