ARNI Foundation rescued Victoria from Terrell County Animal Control. She spent over half her life in the shelter. She beat all the odds this world threw at her, neglectful home allowing her to become tick and flea infested, heartworm treatment and over a year sitting in the shelter waiting for this day.
