ARREST, OUI 5th Offense/Pursuit John Mozar, 36 of Ludlow MA was arrested by WPD with the assistance of Ludlow PD. On 10/25/13 at 0330 hrs, Officer David Diogo was monitoring Red Bridge Rd in Wilbraham. At this time, Officer Diogo oberved a vehicle operating erratically and speeding. Officer Diogo attempted to stop the vehicle, however, the vehicle refused to stop and fled into Ludlow. Officer Diogo pursued the vehicle through several streets in Ludlow. At one point, the operator of the vehicle slammed on the brakes in an attempt to disable Officer Diogos cruiser. Mr Mozar was taken into custody in the area of Reynolds and Chapin St by Officer Diogo and Ludlow PD. Mr Moza will be charged with numerous crimes, including OUI 5th offense, negligent operation, operating with a suspended license, failing to stop, attaching plates, speeding, unregistered operation and uninsured operation.
