ART IMITATES LIFE AT THE SEA PAL RESTAURANT We stopped by the Sea Pal in Noyo Harbor Wednesday for a quick bite to eat and noted an artist, part of the 2nd Annual Open Paint Out no doubt, hard at work. We found painters all over the coast from Little River to Fort Bragg. If you want to get fancy, they call it En Plein painting, which is French for in the open air.
