The appointment under these rules shall not entitle the appointee to any preferential claim for regular appointment under normal process of selection/appointment. b. The services of these appointees shall be terminable before the expiry of the tenure of appointment with one month’s notice, from either side or payment of one month’s salary in lieu of notice by appointing authority. c. The appointee shall have to execute an agreement with the Government on the (prescribed form appended as Form “A” to SRO 384. d. The appointees shall have to submit an undertaking duly endorsed by the Ist. Class Magistrate that he / she shall not participate in any strike during the engagement period. In the event he / she proceed on strike , his/her engagement shall be terminated without any notice. e. The appointee shall be paid monthly salary as per the scale provided in the SRO 384 i,e pay equal to the revised basic pay which corresponds to the minimum of the pre-revised scale for the post as per SRO 93 dated:- 15-04-2009 and dearness allowance. f. The appointee shall not be entitled to any other additional monetary benefit, what so ever except house rent allowance as applicable to in service candidates carrying minimum of the pre-revised scale of the post subject to fulfillment of the conditions provided under the relevant rules in this regard. g. In matters of discipline and conduct, the appointees shall be governed by the rules, regulations and order in vogue in the State Civil Services on the subject. h. Any residuary matter shall be governed by the SRO 384 dated:- 14-12-2009. i. The appointee shall be allowed to join on production of certificates/testimonials in original and if any certificate found fake event at any later stage, the appointment of such candidate shall be cancelled forthwith. The appointees shall join in the office of the Principal, Govt. Medical College, Jammu within seven days of the issuance of this order failing which their selection shall be deemed to have been cancelled. Sd/- Principal, Govt.
