AT&T UPDATE: I spent these last 62 minutes talking to Ivan, Todd, Tiffany, and Bailey. I have been disconnected 3 times in your attempts to connect me with Customer Retention -the only dept that can cancel the account that you supposedly closed in January. Now, will I close both accounts tomorrow or just the one youve been incorrectly Billing? Either way, I cant wait to see the $110 check youre going to send.
