RECIÉN EGRESADO, para el puesto de: Junior Field Service Engineer REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Mechatronic /Automation / Electronic Engineering or similar career in the automotive industry. •Service attitude and desirable experience solving problems in site. •PLC programming knowledge on Siemens environment, desirable Step7 and WinCC. •Knowledge in designing new assembly equipment, fixtures, poka-yokes and gages, using SolidWorks and AutoCAD. •Desirable experience with robotic automation in manufacturing, and designing, implementing and troubleshooting of robotic / mechatronic systems. •Knowledge on CNC Operations, programming, tooling selection, creation of procedures to ensure compliance, support of production processes and requirements. •Able to teach, lead and supervise assigned activities with internal and external people ensuring best practices to team members. •Able to develop preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance programs to meet company procedures. •Able to continually improve quality and productivity for products and processes within cell/area. •Excellent communication and presentation skills utilizing software tools. •Able to work under pressure and handle several projects at a time to achieve successful quality products. •Hands-on, team player, leadership, proactive and excellent organizational skills is a must. •Candidate must speak and write English in conversation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Troubleshooting & Analyze troubleshoot and solve technical malfunctions and breakdowns. Conduct basic root cause analysis of problem, to ensure rapid resolution. Plan, coordinate and execute planned preventive maintenance activities to a high standard and in line with agreed procedures, ensuring effective operation of line equipment. Return the equipment into production environment with a high level of customer satisfaction. Identify and take action on system performance issues, implementing operational improvements that are identified. Installation, commissioning, start up and production supervision of new manufacturing lines. Specify, justify, and install capital projects in support of production requirements.
