ATTENTION - Andalusia Utility Customers: Consumer Alert The City of Andalusia Utilities manager, Cathy Alexander, reports to WAAO, We just received a report from one of our business customers that they had a telephone call this morning from a man demanding a cashiers check for payment of utilities or the customers services would be disconnected. Calls such as these are not from our office and are apparently attempts to obtain personal bank information. It has been a while since we have had any reports like this but it is good to always remind our citizens not to share personal bank information over the phone. If anyone has any concerns or questions about their utility payments they can call us at 222-1332.
