Responsibilities : -Taking customer queries via telephone and email and providing an appropriate response -Responding to customer queries and complaints using an appropriate communication method -Taking ownership for queries and complaints from first contact to resolution -Completing relevant administration to document customer enquiries and complaints -Treating their subscribers and future subscribers like royalty -Provide top notch customer support that leaves the consumer happy and satisfied -Working hours are from 8am until 5pm daily.
