The NEW official position of the Republican National Committee (RNC): It is time for EVERY Republican to sign Mark Meadows letter and only vote for a budget that has ZERO funding for Obama Care. WHEREAS, Constitutionally, appropriations bills originate from the U.S. House of Representatives-- where Republicans have a majority; therefore the only feasible method of stopping Obamacare from being forced upon the people of the United States lies in the prospect of the U.S. House of Representatives passing an appropriations bill that excludes funding for Obamacare; and, WHEREAS, the U.S. Senate would then be forced to pass the appropriations bill without Obamacare funding, or the Democrat-controlled Senate would be blamed for the government shutdown that would result from a failure to pass appropriations legislation; therefore be it.
