ATTENTION FACT FAMILIES IN SALEM! Interested in having a person-centered plan created for your child for free? I am giving you a quick heads up that on February 26, I am looking for 5 individuals and their families or supports, to come to the COB for a Person Centered Plan. This is because the DD Council is doing a three day PCP class and the last day they have to do a PCP. I would love to target transition age students, but it can be for any age. It will be a first come, first serve opportunity, so move quickly. The individual will need to spend about 2 1/2 hours for their plan and will get a copy of this plan after the training is over.
