ATTENTION GOLD TRADERS: Here we go, my rant and reminder about trading gold with me. First of all, TS is a damn game. I dont have time for the bullshit that goes with it, especially not in the fourth quarter, Christmas time of the year. MANY of you have been my friends here for quite some time, a year, or even two years. So most of you know the basics about me, my life, and how I play TS. Im a single mom working full-time now, plus about nine hours of physical therapy a week now for my neck and shoulders. TS is a game. I repeat, TS is only a game. I play more than I really should, and that is still not as much as I would like. My friends list is over 1,000, and 99.9% of that 1,000 all play or have played TS at some point. So my neighbors list is extensive. I dont have time to track incoming ITs to my station. I have never counted how many trains you send, or paid any attention to how much gold you send on them. I get anywhere from 400-700 ITs, more if I send three times a day. I send to about 200 friends each time I send ITs. This game is not about the amount of gold I can send or receive. I could narrow that list down tremendously and just send my maximum gold trains to certain friends if it were just about the amount of gold. So here is my method to ITs. I have a custom list saved which consists of those people who have sent me trains in probably the last month or two. Then, there is the sender list if you have sent a train to me in the last 24 hours, you are automatically saved in the sender list by the game. On average, I send to anyone who is in the sender list when I send ITs. However, we are now in the fourth quarter...work is crazy and stressful for me, I have shopping, wrapping, decorating, school parties, and baking to do for my kids, plus all the everyday stuff. I have already posted once that trains will be scarce from me for the next two months. (January is full of price changes, and recovery mode from Christmas hell.) Ill be lucky to send trains once a day. At times like this, when I know you all have been sending to me and I cant always return send right now, I use my custom list. I look at the senders list to see if anyone new has sent and add them to the custom list. By the time I get to send back, senders may have dropped off my sender list. So I send to everyone in my custom list just in case you sent and I didnt see you in the senders list. Sorry, but you typically only get one train from me each round. I send to everyone on that list and it takes most of my IT slots. If you dont like it, dont send to me. I have bigger things to worry about. I do not match quantity or amount on trains sent to me. I click through those ITs as fast as I can so I dont lose them. Im not watching who sent what. Over the years, a few people act like Im robbing them of gold and Ive gotten posts and messages complaining. Its my game and I can play it like I want. Youve just been advised of my methods. Send or dont send what you want. Life goes on.
