ATTENTION: I just spoke with Daniel G. Ljiljanich , Superintendent of Silver Creek Central. He advised me that I was NOT told the truth about the sit & stare policy and that ANY child that comes to school tomorrow, even with the refusal will be forced to sit in the class with all the others. So here is what we need to do, Bring the children in late for school after the time the test has started ( I believe its 9-1030) and they will be counted as an unexcused absence ( unless they have an appointment of some sort) and once they do this on all 3 days( tues, weds , thurs) they will not be forced to sit in the make up sessions. STAND STRONG & fight for YOUR childrens RIGHTS. PLEASE let me know if any of you need assistance with picking up or dropping off your kids. Im AVAILABLE . INBOX me if you need the refusal letter.
