Their books are filling up fast, and theyre looking to expand their team in Term 2 2014. Theyre looking for passionate and exciting individuals to teach: -Piano/keyboard -Drums/percussion -Accoustic and electric guitar Successful applicants will: -Have extensive musical experience of a professional nature -Have undergone sufficient and applicable formal training or tertiary study -Be enthusiastic as both a musician and a teacher -Have the ability to sight read notes and annotation, and successfully teach students to read music -Have a clear program or curriculum which they plan to teach -Enjoy working with people of all ages, from all backgrounds and of all experience levels -Constantly train and grow their own abilities as both a musician and as a teacher -Be able to communicate effectively to people of all ages -Be self-motivated and time-efficient -Be professional and well presented at all times -Be willing to complete a portion of their own administration duties -Have a current NSW Working With Children Check Previous teaching experience is advantageous, however new teachers will also be considered.
