ATTENTION... OSG sub-group set ups... We need to clarify what is the current mission from OK National and how our state is going “operational”. One of the biggest hurdles we face is trying to merge National dues members, Face Book members, and those who want to remain “silent” members due to their jobs or privacy (though we don’t have that anymore) It is up to EACH and EVERY member to set up their own sub-group with your neighborhood. We in State Leadership can offer you support in the means of direction and suggestions but cannot run your sub-groups for you. Get your group set. The group leader should contact the SCP and inform him of what county the group is located in and contact person for that group. This means that every one of you is expected to put yourself out in plain sight. You need to take the lead from now on. Distribute a letter to your immediate neighbors letting them know of this program. Attend local gun shows and CCW classes. Set up a meeting time that you can present to them the goals of Operation Sleeping Giant. It will entail some time and monetary costs. These burdens you will have to bear on your own. National does not provide State Chapters with monetary support. We, in state leadership, use our own personal money for State operation costs. As these sub-groups get established we will continue to grow and become more productive.
